I am 72 years old so this is not my first purchase of a new vehicle and so had a negative feeling towards car salesman. This was due to the poor to so-so dealings I have had in the past. I never thought that I would actually enjoy the process of buying a new vehicle. Well I was wrong. From the time I met Matthew, the Internet Sales Director, to the completion of my purchase of a new 2014 Forrester, it was a pleasure. Mathew was polite, accommodating and answered all my questions and best of all there was NO fast talk sales pitch. I was able to test drive a couple of models, given the information I asked for and allowed to take my time. Most important though was the respect I received, not only from Mathew Hale but others I had contact with in the dealership. This purchase was a pleasure. Thank you Mathew.

Wolfe's isn't the closest of most convenient dealership for me, but based on the work and service that I jeep getting, I am willing to make it my dealership of choice. The staff go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need and make sure I know what is going on with my car before I have to ask. My service advisor, Darin is knowledgeable and provided good advice regarding options for future maintenance issues. Marc, service manager sent me an email offering me a free inspection for various systems in my car (air con, brakes, steering etc), which I appreciated. Too often in the past with other manufacturer's dealers, I have never been offered any complimentary services. I feel Wolfe is making an effort to keep their customers satisfied and returning by offering specials on certain service work and complimentary inspections from time to time. Reward programs and specials are not just for grocery stores.

Best customer experience I ever had with any dealership. They touched up a scratch from my car and gave me a complimentary touch up pen.

I bought my car from another Subaru dealer because of a friend's recommendation.

Before I even got the car, I was already conversing with Matt and asking him to check for me the status of my car as it was still on its way from Japan. Even if I didn't get the car from them, he was very helpful on giving me status of where my car is. Eventually my car came and loving every second of owning it. One day, my neighbor's gardener inadvertently scratched the fender with a lawnmower.

I spoke to Matt the head of their online channel and he told me to head over to the dealership to look at the scratch. They buffed it out and gave me a complimentary touch up pen. Even hooked me up for my tire questions.

Best customer service I have received so far considering that I was not a previous customer. They will really look after your concerns and try their best to the best of their abilities to attend to them. In this instance, Matt went out of his way to make me happy with my car.

If you have Subaru concerns, or if you would like to purchase a new car. Go online and talk to Matt. He is a genuine person that would answer your needs. I was initially skeptical about the online chat sessions from dealers but I would like to give credit to this one as there is credit due here. I cannot believe that a simple checking online and talking to the person from the other end will gain me the confidence of the brand that I bought the right brand. As well as finding a dealer that I can trust that would put my interest at the forefront of their business.

I would definitely recommend this dealer and if you are online. Go check out Matt for your online questions. He will answer your questions with no strings attached and just a genuine happy to help attitude.

Regular service was on a Thursday and the engine warning lights came on 2 days later. Coincidence. Another apt. was made for the following Tuesday and the matter addressed appropriately. The service person was good and explained that it had nothing to do with the previous service. This bill wasn't crazy expensive as the first go to for a fix with the gas tank sensor so all appears to be OK now.

I'm accustomed to Ford service and everything costing, this just blew me away that there wasn't a bunch of fees to have them go over my recently purchased used Legacy. Stelios your amazing! Took the added time to help me understand features in my car and has a clear passion for Subaru. I'm officially hooked on Subaru and again thank you Stelios.

With the water restrictions currently in place in the lower mainland I anticipated any type of cleaning to be discontinued until the ban was lifted so it was a pleasant surprise to have a clean interior when my car was returned to me.

Jeff is always great to work with and I appreciate his opinion on certain things regarding my car. When it turned out that i was going to be there for 4 hours instead on the one I was told when I booked the appointment Jeff ordered to rent me a car which was very kind of him. (Service car was unavailable) I did say no! There are also people out there that do take advantage of women and unnecessary repairs and I have never felt that with Jeff. Wow, it's really comforting seeing all these wonderful reviews here and I wanted to add to my experience purchasing my new Subaru impreza. I was met almost right away by a wonderful sales man who asked me all the right questions about what I needed and wanted in a new car. He helped keep me within my budget and found me a real nice Subaru with the color and rims that I was looking for. My parents bought a 1992 Subaru legacy and it's still going strong with over 300,000kms on it, so i knew I couldn't go wrong with Subaru! I'm so happy with my new car! It's exactly what I needed. I am very pleased with the process from beginning to end. There was no pressure at any point, from the time I expressed interest in purchasing the Outback, to where the deal was completed. On our initial visit we asked to take a 3.6R out for a test drive, and having a recent lease return on a 2016, we were able to accomplish what I wanted to test drive. After test driving other vehicles, about a week later we asked for an extended test drive in the 3.6R. However, the lease return had been sold, so the only car available was 2.5i. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as it gave me a chance to take the 4 cylinder on the test drive. Upon returning, the test drive confirmed my need/want for the 3.6R.

Noticed some sap on the hood and took it back to the shop for a few minutes and got it taken off, no charge. Great service! A spectacular experience indeed. My first really new car with almost zero mileage. I felt very welcomed there and I look forward to my routine visits with the Subaru family in Langley. I am so happy that my brother introduced me to the Subaru experience. My car is just the perfect car for me. Matthew has been very helpful in introducing me to the car's technological advances. My previous car was wonderful but it was a 1998 model top of the line but without all the modern technology.
